School of Logistics
The School of Logistics, established in 1983 as the Department of Agricultural Economics and Management, is a key development school of the university. Adapting to the digital era and focusing on the smart logistics industry, the School of Logistics has become a leading vocational education brand in the China-ASEAN region. It is a key construction school for national core demonstration majors and "double-high " major development. Currently, the college has over 2,300 students, including international students. Over the past three years, the employment rate for various majors has been maintained at over 95%, with a remarkable 30% increase in the rate of students continuing their education at universities in 2021. The college boasts a strong faculty, including the first batch of national-level vocational education teaching innovation teams, 16 senior title teachers, and a "double qualifications" ratio of 50% among full-time teachers. Several teachers have been honored with titles such as Guangxi Teaching Master, Guangxi Technical Expert, National Teaching Master of Logistics Vocational Education, and Guangxi Advanced Worker. The school currently has over 50 training bases both on and off campus, covering a total area of over 8,000 square meters. It possesses one training base with fiscal support, and one national core major and production-type training base under the National Higher Vocational Education Innovation Action Plan, as well as two autonomous-region-level demonstration characteristic majors and training bases. Moreover, it has one autonomous-region-level virtual simulation training base. Also, the school has signed cooperation agreements with over 50 well-known domestic companies including SF Express, JD.com, Jointown Pharmaceutical, Sinopharm Holding Guangxi Company Limited, BYD, and Geek+, among others.
